Free Returns - EU

We want your Embassy London shopping experience to be an easy and enjoyable one. Of course, we'd love for you to be happy with your Embassy London shoes but if you do decide to return or exchange them simply do so within 28 days of the date of purchase. All EU are FREE of charge but please bear in mind they can take 3-5 working days to arrive and up to 10 working days to process.

To ensure your refund goes smoothly, please ensure that all returns meet the following criteria:

  1. The items must be unworn.
  2. The original packaging and labels must be intact.
  3. Returns must pass our quality control inspections.

Items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted for return. Thank you for your cooperation. Below is an illustration of accepted and non-accepted items.


Inspect your product for signs of wear as tarnished products will not be excepted.

Please note: Your invoice must be completed and returned with your order, if this is not completed it could delay refunds or exchanges.

STEP 4. Please select from two options below

Home Collection
For collection click "Home Collection" confirm your address and contact details and press submit. Select your chosen date for collection which will be a day slot as times cannot be chosen. Submit your entry.

Please do not enter your international dial code as this is provided.

Your driver will provide your label, please ensure the order is sealed before your collection.

Drop Shop
For drop shop click "Bring to Pickup Shop" selecting your most convenient drop location. Confirm your address and contact details and press submit and confirm your return.

Please do not enter your international dial code as this is provided.

Download your label and return your order to your chosen drop shop at your earliest convenience.

Failed Returns
To ensure your refund goes smoothly please ensure that all returns are unworn with original packaging and labels. Returns that do not pass our quality control inspections will not be accepted. For more information, please check out our Returns Policy. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store and must be sent back using the returns method below
